Band Squat

Instructions
A squat with a band under your feet and its ends held at your shoulders. The band adds the most resistance as you stand tall, giving bodyweight squats a meaningful step up without any weights.

Setup
- 1Stand on the middle of a band with your feet about shoulder-width apart and toes turned out slightly.
- 2Bring the ends or handles up to the front of your shoulders with your elbows pointing forward, or loop a closed band over the tops of your shoulders.
- 3Stand tall and brace your stomach.
