Barbell Stiff-Leg Deadlift
Also known as: Stiff-Legged Deadlift, SLDL, Straight-Leg Deadlift
Instructions
A hinge with the knees kept nearly straight and the bar starting from the floor each rep. The straighter legs lengthen the hamstrings further than a Romanian deadlift, so it rewards flexibility and lighter loads.
