Goblet Reverse Lunge

Instructions
A reverse lunge with a single weight held against your chest. The front-loaded position encourages an upright torso, asks more of your trunk, and needs only one dumbbell or kettlebell.

Setup
- 1Hold one dumbbell vertically by its top end, or a kettlebell by the horns, tight against your chest.
- 2Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, elbows tucked under the weight.
Execution
- 1Take a long step straight back with one foot and land on the ball of that foot.
- 2Bend both knees and lower until your back knee hovers just above the floor.
- 3Keep your torso tall and most of your weight on the front foot.
