Instructions
Walking with the belt tilted uphill. The slope makes your glutes and calves work harder and lifts the effort well above a flat walk, without any running.

Setup
- 1Clip on the safety key and start the belt flat at an easy walking speed.
- 2After a minute or two, raise the incline a little at a time until the walk feels clearly uphill.
- 3Pick a speed you can hold without grabbing the rails.
Execution
- 1Lean very slightly forward from the ankles, keeping your chest open.
- 2Push the belt away behind you with each step and let your arms drive.
