Landmine Press

Instructions
A one-arm press with one end of the barbell anchored to the floor, so the weight travels up and forward on an arc. The angled path finishes in front of your head and also works your trunk.

Setup
- 1Anchor one end of the barbell in a landmine and load the free end.
- 2Lift the free end to your shoulder and hold the sleeve in one hand, elbow tucked close to your ribs.
- 3Stand with feet hip-width apart or slightly staggered, leaning a little toward the bar.
Execution
- 1Brace your trunk and press the bar up and forward until your arm is straight.
- 2Let your shoulder blade glide forward and up as you reach at the top.
