Meadows Row

Instructions
A one-arm row where you stand side-on to a landmine bar and grip its thick end with an overhand hold. The arcing path gives the lat a long stretch at the bottom and a strong squeeze at the top.

Setup
- 1Anchor one end of the barbell in the landmine and load the free end with smaller plates.
- 2Stand side-on to the bar in a staggered stance, with the foot nearest the bar set back.
- 3Hinge forward with a flat back and rest your front forearm on your front thigh.
- 4Grip the thick end of the bar overhand with your free hand.
Execution
- 1Let the working arm hang long so your shoulder blade reaches toward the floor.
