Landmine Row

Instructions
A bent-over row with one end of the bar anchored to the floor while you straddle it and pull the loaded end toward your chest. The fixed arc makes heavy rowing feel steadier and easier to learn.

Setup
- 1Anchor one end of the barbell in a landmine and load the free end with smaller plates for more range.
- 2Straddle the bar facing the loaded end, feet about shoulder-width apart.
- 3Hinge at the hips with a flat back and grip the bar just behind the plates, one hand above the other or with a close-grip handle hooked under it.
Execution
- 1Lift the plates just off the floor and hold your torso at roughly forty-five degrees.
