Instructions
Bursts of fast climbing on a moving staircase, alternated with slow recovery steps. Each timed set is one hard climb that challenges your thighs, glutes, and breathing together.

Setup
- 1Step on holding the rails and climb at an easy level for several minutes to warm up.
- 2Work out which level feels hard but still lets you place your whole foot on every step.
- 3Keep your fingertips resting lightly on the rails for balance.
Execution
- 1Raise the level to your hard pace and settle into the quicker rhythm.
- 2Press through your whole foot on each step and stand fully tall as you rise.
