Hard bursts of fast striding against raised resistance, separated by easy gliding. Each timed set is one hard effort, giving you high-intensity work with no impact.

Setup
- 1Step onto the pedals holding the fixed handles, then stride easily for several minutes to warm up.
- 2Find a resistance that feels heavy but still lets you stride smoothly at speed.
- 3Hold the moving handles so your arms can help drive each effort.
Execution
- 1Raise the resistance and pick up your stride rate to start the effort.
- 2Push and pull the handles firmly while pressing through your whole foot.
