A gliding stride where your feet never leave the pedals while your arms push and pull the handles. It gives a running-like rhythm with no impact.

Setup
- 1Hold the fixed handles and step onto the pedals one foot at a time.
- 2Begin striding forward to wake the console, then choose a light resistance.
- 3Move your hands to the moving handles once you feel balanced.
Execution
- 1Stride smoothly, keeping your whole foot in contact with each pedal.
- 2Push and pull the handles in time with your legs so your arms share the work.
