Band-Assisted Pull-Up

Instructions
A pull-up with a looped band under your foot or knee taking some of your weight. The band helps most at the bottom, letting you practise the full movement while you build strength.

Setup
- 1Loop a long band over the pull-up bar and pull one end through the other so it cinches tight.
- 2Using a step if needed, place one foot or knee into the hanging loop.
- 3Grip the bar with palms facing away, slightly wider than your shoulders.
- 4Lower yourself into a straight-arm hang with the band stretched beneath you.
Execution
- 1Pull your shoulders down, then drive your elbows toward your sides.
