Instructions
A lunge taken out to the side rather than forward or back. It strengthens the legs in a direction most lifts ignore and opens up the inner thighs.

Setup
- 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward.
- 2Hold your hands together in front of your chest for balance.
Execution
- 1Take a wide step directly out to your right, landing with the foot flat.
- 2Sit your hips back and bend the right knee while the left leg stays straight.
- 3Lower as far as you can while keeping both feet flat and your chest lifted.
