Bodyweight Walking Lunge

Instructions
Lunges that travel forward across the floor, stepping from one to the next without stopping. The continuous movement adds balance and a little conditioning to the usual leg work.

Setup
- 1Stand tall at one end of a clear stretch of floor with the feet hip-width apart.
- 2Rest the hands on the hips or hold them at chest height.
Execution
- 1Step forward and lower until both knees are bent to about ninety degrees, the back knee just above the floor.
- 2Push through the front foot and bring the back foot forward into the next step.
- 3Keep the torso upright and the steps long enough that the front shin stays near vertical.
