Continuous jogging or running outside at a pace you can sustain. It builds stamina quickly, and changing ground and gentle slopes keep your legs adapting.

Setup
- 1Wear running shoes and choose a route with safe, fairly even footing.
- 2Walk briskly for a few minutes to warm up.

Execution
