Standing Forward Fold
Also known as: Standing Toe Reach, Rag Doll Fold
Instructions
A standing stretch where you hinge at the hips and let your upper body hang toward the floor. Gravity does the work, lengthening the backs of both legs and letting the back and neck relax.

Setup
- 1Stand with feet hip-width apart and parallel, weight spread evenly across both feet.
- 2Soften your knees so they are unlocked.
Execution
- 1Tip forward from your hips and let your chest travel down toward your thighs.
- 2Let your arms, head, and neck hang heavy; hold opposite elbows or rest your hands on your shins or the floor.
- 3Keep as much knee bend as you need to feel the stretch in the backs of the thighs rather than a strain in the back.
