Instructions
A step-back lunge with the straps in your hands to steady you and share a little of the load. A good way to learn single-leg work; the more you lean back and pull with your arms, the easier each rep becomes.

Setup
- 1Anchor the straps overhead and face the anchor holding both handles with elbows bent by your sides.
- 2Step back until the straps are lightly taut and stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
Execution
- 1Step one foot straight back and lower until your back knee hovers just above the floor.
- 2Keep your front heel down and your torso upright as your arms reach forward.
