Suspension Assisted Squat

Instructions
A squat with the straps in your hands for balance and a little help on the way up. It lets you practise a deep, upright squat with confidence; leaning back further and pulling more with your arms makes it easier.

Setup
- 1Anchor the straps overhead and face the anchor holding both handles with elbows bent by your sides.
- 2Step back until the straps are lightly taut and stand with feet about shoulder-width apart.
Execution
- 1Sit your hips down and slightly back, letting your arms straighten as you lower.
- 2Keep your chest tall and your knees tracking over your toes.
- 3Go as deep as you comfortably can with your heels flat.
