Tuck Jump Burpee
Also known as: Burpee with Tuck Jump, Knee-Tuck Burpee
Instructions
A full burpee with a push-up that ends in a jump where both knees tuck up to the chest. It is the hardest common burpee and should be saved for short, sharp sets.

Setup
- 1Stand with the feet hip-width apart on a surface that is safe to land on.
Execution
- 1Squat, place the hands down and jump the feet back to a plank.
- 2Do a push-up with the chest touching the floor.
- 3Jump the feet back in toward the hands.
- 4Jump straight up, pulling both knees to the chest, then land softly with bent knees.
Breathing
Exhale on the push-up and again on the jump; inhale as you land.
