Wide-Grip Inverted Row

Instructions
An inverted row with the hands set well outside the shoulders and the elbows travelling wide. The wide grip shifts the work toward the rear shoulders and the muscles between the shoulder blades.

Setup
- 1Set a bar in a rack at about hip height.
- 2Lie under it and grip much wider than your shoulders with palms facing away.
- 3Straighten the body with the heels on the floor.
Execution
- 1Pull the chest to the bar with the elbows flaring out at about shoulder height.
- 2Squeeze the shoulder blades together hard at the top.
