Feet-Elevated Inverted Row

Instructions
A bodyweight row under a fixed bar with your heels resting on a bench or box. Raising the feet puts your body level with the floor, so you lift a bigger share of your weight than in the standard version.

Setup
- 1Fix a bar at about hip height and place a bench or box a leg's length away.
- 2Sit under the bar and grip it overhand, just wider than your shoulders.
- 3Rest your heels on the bench and lift your hips so your body is straight from head to heels.
Execution
- 1Hang with straight arms, glutes tight and ribs down.
- 2Pull your chest up to the bar, driving your elbows back behind you.
